Please email your documents to admin@ivacs.com.au. All documents must be submitted as clear, complete PDF scans. Please ensure:

  • All pages are clearly visible and legible.
  • All document edges and corners are fully visible (no cropped or cut-off edges).
  • Documents are scanned in PDF format.

If you do not have access to a scanner, you may use a document scanner app on your smartphone to create a high-quality PDF scan.

Click 2-3 new photos of yours using your phone in different background & indoor/outdoor lighting

Most Important:

  1. Do not send selfie, old, edited, cropped, filtered, scanned, or printed photos.
  2. Any background is acceptable. Upload the natural photo only. Background and size will be adjusted by our office as per official requirements.
  3. Ask someone else to take the photo or use timer mode.
  4. Ensure the photo is clear and not blurry or low resolution.
  5. Stand straight, keep head straight and take a half-body photo (up to waist)
  6. Teeth should not be visible.
  7. Both shoulders and both ears must be clearly visible.
  8. No hair across ears. Please keep hair behind the ears or tie hair if needed.
  9. Avoid glasses, cap, earbuds
  10. There should not be too much shadow / light on any one side of the face.
  11. Whole face should have even lighting.
  12. We suggest you to turn your face towards the source of light.
  13. Try to click in natural lighting if possible.
