PHOTOGRAPHS INSTRUCTIONS
1. Take a new natural photo using your mobile phone.
2. Do not send old, edited, cropped, filtered, scanned, or printed photos.
3. Any background is acceptable.
4. Stand straight and take a half-body photo (up to waist).
5. Both shoulders and both ears must be clearly visible.
6. Keep head straight with even lighting on the full face.
7. Avoid shadows, bright light, glasses, cap, earbuds, or selfies.
8. Teeth should not be visible.
9. Natural lighting is preferred.
10. Ask someone else to take the photo or use timer mode.
11. Ensure the photo is clear and not blurry or low resolution.
12. Upload the natural photo only. Background and size will be adjusted by our office as per official requirements.
